High Cost, Higher Reward

True discipleship requires a high cost but yields an even greater reward. Being a disciple means prioritizing Jesus above all else, even family, and expecting sacrifice and persecution for the sake of the Gospel. The cost of following Christ is worth it because He has already paid the ultimate price on the cross. Therefore, believers are not saved by their own goodness but by the goodness of their Savior, and their perseverance in faith is a witness to the world.
