The Gospel Is Made for Mess

The Gospel brings both peace and division. True, lasting peace comes only through the disruptive love of the cross, which takes on the mess and sin of the world. The Gospel is designed to address human brokenness, and living by its truths will create division with the world's ways. This is a purposeful division that ultimately leads to eternal life, as Jesus is coming back to make all things new and clean up the mess once and for all.
