Reflect: You cannot deliver yourself from the body of death. Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord!
Share: Christianity isn't about winning the fight against sin alone. It's about the One who wins it for you.
Practice: Take time to observe your desires. From where do they come? What does Jesus teach us to desire?
Pray: Christ, give me the desire for what is right and deliver me when I fail. I trust You alone to make me truly free.
